Creative Balloons Manufacturing Inc. (CB) is a family-owned, woman-owned American company founded in 1973 and headquartered in California. For over 50 years, CB has been a leading worldwide source of balloon weights, balloon accessories, latex balloons, foil balloons, and custom balloon programs for businesses, brands, retailers, and distributors.
CB is a designer and manufacturer of balloon weights and balloon accessories, and a major wholesaler and producer of latex and foil balloons worldwide. CB operates with a National Distribution Center in North Carolina and factories located domestically and abroad.

These four words were established by CB Founder Jules Pollack and continue to guide every product, program, and partnership. Products are consumer-safety tested and approved, manufactured to consistent quality standards, and shipped on time to customers worldwide.

## Product Material Options
CB foil balloons are available in traditional foil (mylar) and nonconductive foil material. Select balloon weights and accessories are available in eco-friendly material options for accounts with sustainability requirements. Not all products are available in every material option.
